Ever wonder what happens if you try and ride your mountain bike hard multiple days in a row? Your legs end up being super sore, you don’t recover quickly, and you end up with some condition called being overtrained.
I don’t know what got into me last week but I ended up riding every day from Sunday, April 1st through Saturday, April 7th - resulting in a total of 105 miles and a bit over 15,000 of elevation gain over 14 hours in the saddle.
